Welcome to Casino Carmel. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application (the "App") and website (the "Site"). By installing the App or accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Simulated Gambling & Entertainment Purposes Only
Casino Carmel is a simulation of a slot machine game intended strictly for entertainment purposes. You agree and understand that:
- No Real-Money Wagers: You cannot wager real money or assets within the game. All gameplay occurs using virtual "coins."
- No Real-Money Prizes: The virtual coins and progress inside the App have no real-world cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards, or physical goods, and cannot be traded or sold.
- No Cash-Out Features: The App has no withdrawal or cash-out functions whatsoever.
2. App Economy & Refills
The virtual coin balance is managed entirely within the App's local database. We provide several ways to replenish your virtual balance at no cost, including daily login bonuses, hourly trickles, and watching optional rewarded video advertisements. We do not sell virtual coins for real money. There are no loot boxes or paid boosters.
3. In-App Purchases (IAP)
We offer a single, one-time In-App Purchase to "Remove Ads" for **$4.99 USD** (or its regional equivalent):
- This purchase is classified as a non-consumable item that permanently removes advertising from the App on any devices linked to your Apple ID.
- All payments are processed securely by Apple. Any requests for refunds must be made directly to Apple through their support services and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
4. Intellectual Property
All art assets, layouts, source code, game engine logic, audio clips, and branding associated with Casino Carmel are the intellectual property of Brian Bastean. You may not copy, extract, reverse-engineer, distribute, or reuse any game components without explicit prior written authorization.
5. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your download, use, or inability to use the App.
6. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App or Site at any time without notice. We are not responsible for any loss of virtual coin progress, streaks, or achievements resulting from device loss, app updates, or factory resets.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
